Keep reading for the 5 make-up tips that will suit any day of the week.
What Inspires a Make-up Look?
Deciding what make-up style to do will depend on the weather, activity, occasion, and last but not least what you like. If you have your all sleeked in a high pony, have braids, hair down whatever your hairstyle it will affect your whole look. Whether bikini shopping or having brunch with your in-laws your style should match the occasion.
What if you prefer a simple make-up look?
It is important to pick the right products and tools. They are essential in delivering the look that you want to present about your character and style.
The basics include long-wear foundation, or base product made for your skin type and tone, concealer for brightening, smudge-proof eyeliner (to weather happy or sad tears), ditto for eyeliner, a volumizing eye mascara, bronzer for warming up your complexion, and lipstick to finish your look. Be sure to also keep the setting spray handy, along with a set of makeup brushes and at least one makeup sponge
1. Au Naturelle
If you are anything like me, sometimes you want to look good, effortlessly, even though you are wearing make-up. Don’t get me wrong, that gym or yoga or running hydrated natural look is good for your body but. is. it. really. glam…whatever I prefer the “no make-up-to look” to the “just rolled out of bed” morning face. Yes, am shallow like that!
To get a clean look, anyone can achieve a glow without spades of products. First things first, use a radiant finish foundation to give your complexion an all-over gorgeous glow. This can be achieved with any hyaluronic tinted serum and for oily skin use, matte finish face powder.
Add a pop of blush on the apples of your cheeks. Followed by a quick swipe of mascara to your lashes for a soft but stunning finish.
2. Smokey Eye
I love a classic Smokey Eye to add a twist that works for both day and night as long as you can achieve the right balance.
Use any warm brown shade that’s only a shade or two darker than your skin tone. Apply it all over the eyelid, blending it with your eyeliner to create a smudged effect. Top your lashes with a volumizing mascara, foundation and you’re ready for your day.
3. Standout Eyeliner
If you are not in the mood for eyeshadow, eyeliner liner makes an alternative statement look. Using an eye pencil color of your choice, fill in your lower waterline. Pay particular attention to the bottom part of your eye, at the base of your lashes. You can experiment as much as you like to create your unique look.
While using your ring finger gently pull down your lower lid. Unless you want a part in a Halloween movie, remove any excess moisture with a cotton swab. Gently trace along the waterline. You can try standout shades like cobalt blue, teal, purple, burgundy, and more.
Hot tip: If you’re an adventurous girl and you love, make sure your complexion doesn’t look flat in contrast. Add some bronzer to your face to bring in some warmth.
4. Winged eyeliner with bold lipstick.
A statement mouth is a trendsetter for those who are fashion-forward. Bright orange, Neon green, Coral blue, and all the shades of rainbow can make you look great without the need for a bag of chips! Bright lips with a dash of winged eyeliner will make you a cover girl.
To prevent bleeding, use a lip liner that matches your lipstick.
5. Cheeks that Pop out
Depending on how adventurous you are adding a pop of color to your cheekbones can turn your look from dull to stunning in a matter of minutes. Try berry shades, passion pink, or orange which will help boost your give aglow that will turn heads. If you are brave match your cheeks with the same color for a monochromatic look that will light up your social feeds.

Skin Care
Is your skin getting you down? Or maybe you just need a rejuvenating boost for your skin so you can feel on par with the glossier ads.
